Chicago Lamp Recycling is an environmental services provider focused on compliant lamp recycling, e-waste disposal, and IT asset disposition for Illinois businesses and municipalities. We collect, document, and route lamps, electronics, batteries, and other regulated materials — keeping our customers on the right side of state and federal environmental requirements.
In 2025, Chicago Lamp Recycling joined the STS Recycling Family through an acquisition by STS Electronic Recycling, Inc. That partnership expanded what we can offer. Electronics processing now runs through STS's R2v3-certified, RIOS-certified facility — the same infrastructure that handles IT recycling for organizations across the country. For our customers, that means certificates of recycling backed by one of the most credentialed downstream operations in the industry.
We still answer the phone the same way. The commitment to Illinois businesses and municipalities is the same. The difference is what's behind it.
